ComForCare Discount Prescription Card
Pharmacist: This card offers contracted rates based on agreements between your pharmacy and our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM). Please use our BIN, PCN and Group Number to process claim.
This card contains all the information needed to process your discount. Present your card every time you fill a prescription.
If your pharmacist refuses to accept or process your discount, immediately call us at 888-312-4210 and we will assist you.

Can I use the card if I have insurance?
Our network price may be lower than your health insurance co-pay. Always ask your pharmacist for comparison pricing and choose what is best for you.
The price the pharmacist quotes does not match the price in the ComForCare Prescriptions lookup.
Our prices are usually fairly accurate; however prescription prices are subject to change at any time and can vary depending on which pharmacy you visit. Please contact us and we will be glad to review the pricing with you.

What if my Pharmacist will not accept my card?
Most pharmacies in the U.S. — including major chains like Costco, Kroger, Walmart, CVS, Rite Aid and Walgreens — will accept ComForCare Prescriptions and are contractually obligated to accept our cards/coupons.
